SOME SET UP IS NECESSARY BEFORE USING AHA™:

  1. Bluetooth® connection is required. If your device has not been paired with your vehicle, click here.
  2. Install the Aha™ application on your device.
  3. Create an Aha™ account.
  4. Log on to Aha™ Radio using your device.
  5. Select some preset stations on your device to customise your Aha™ Radio menu.

PLAYING AHA™ RADIO:

  1. Select ENTERTAINMENT from the Home screen. The display will return to the last audio source visited (default is FM radio), the Entertainment menu will be visible at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select ENTERTAINMENT.
  3. Select AHA™.

FUNCTIONS AND OPTIONS:

  1. Select MAIN MENU to display stations. Make your selection.
  2. Select EPISODES, make your selection for desired content on that station.
  3. Select PRESETS tab to display preset station list on device. Make your selection.
  4. Select NEARBY (Nearby services) tab to display COFFEE, HUNGRY, HOTELS or WEATHER. Make your selection.
  5. Select SHOUT to record a 30-second voice message, Select SAVE to store and post on Facebook or Driver Rants.
  6. Select MAP (navigation-equipped vehicles only) to set destination to location searched using Nearby services.
  7. Select CALL to call the number of a business searched for using Nearby services. Only available when device is also connected as phone.
  8. Select BACK 15 SECONDS to go back 15 seconds.
  9. Select LIKE/THUMBS-UP to tell Aha™ you like current content.
  10. Select DISLIKE/THUMBS-DOWN to tell Aha™ you dislike current content.
  11. Select SEEK PREVIOUS or SEEK NEXT to move to previous or next content.
  12. Select PLAY/PAUSE to play content; say PAUSE or press again to temporarily pause.
  13. Select SETTINGS to adjust sound quality levels; use Multimedia Control to make adjustments.

USE FACEBOOK AND TWITTER:

  1. Select ENTERTAINMENT from the Home screen.
  2. Select ENTERTAINMENT.
  3. Select AHA™.
  4. Select PRESETS.
  5. Select FACEBOOK or TWITTER to access your associated account(s).

USE NEARBY SERVICES:

  1. Select ENTERTAINMENT from the Home screen.
  2. Select ENTERTAINMENT.
  3. Select AHA™.
  4. Select NEARBY (Nearby services) tab.
  5. Select COFFEE for cafe suggestions close to your location, use filter setting to refine suggestions.
  6. Select HUNGRY for restaurant suggestions close to your location, use filter setting to refine suggestions.
  7. Select HOTELS for accommodations close to your location, use filter setting to refine suggestions.
  8. Select WEATHER for weather conditions close to your location.

PLEASE NOTE:
  • If you want to access your Facebook or Twitter via Aha™ in your vehicle, you will need to associate your Facebook and/or Twitter accounts to Aha™ using your smartphone or computer and add them as a preset.
  • Some devices may prompt you to authorise the connection in order to use the application.
  • Aha™ requires data usage of between 30-60MB per hour of audio; check your plan to see if additional fees will be incurred.
  • Audio quality will vary by device, network and music files.
  • All features not available in all regions.
  • Instructions may vary, depending on your system's version of software.
  • For iPhone users, the audio sound may be heard only from your iPhone when you switch from USB audio to BT audio. In that case, the below settings can help you.
    1. Open [Air Play] from [Control Centre].
    2. Change from [iPhone] to [124 Spider], then the sound can be heard from the vehicle speaker.
  • Shout records a maximum of 30 seconds. Recording stops automatically 30 seconds after start of recording. Recording can be saved or deleted.
  • To access your Facebook or Twitter via Aha™ in your vehicle, you must first associate your Facebook and/or Twitter accounts to Aha™ using your smartphone or computer and then add them as a preset. To learn more, visit http://aharadio.com.
  • Not all Nearby Services on your device/phone (such as Traffic, Slacker and certain radio stations) may be available via the 124 Spider’s Infotainment System system due to licensing and region restrictions.
